Hi, I’m Katherine.

I believe stepping into your potential means bringing the true you to your work and leadership.

As an established career and leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator, I work with driven individuals who want to cultivate their careers and organizations who want to empower these emerging leaders to do just that.

I partner with people who want to be intentional about their next steps – whether that’s charting a new course, making a move, or excelling in their work. The work I do is focused on helping people be brave to take that next step in a way that’s aligned with who they really are. Because the thing is – it takes finding courage – the courage to honor your values, ask for help, take a risk, step up to the plate or step back from what isn’t working, and more – to truly make a difference in a career or the leadership of an organization. Discovering that courage and how to make the most of professional opportunity – that’s where I come in.

If Katherine is leading a personal coaching session, facilitating a large group or training the trainer, you can bet you will walk away with way more than you expected.
